Its not the best but works best for me. But my vote, ice druid dragonborn. Soloing build needs healing, survuvability, AOE damage and boss damage in later levels. Some are late bloomers (like druids) but excell in most areas later on. Sorcerer only lacks self heals in heroics. Self heals, buffs, songs, cc, damage. Ddoor.
Fire domain cleric wrecks everything in heroic, they kind if drop hard in epics due to no max caster levels really in their tree. Yeah that's a problem for some casters in epics. I think epic levels should include +1 to caster lvl and max caster lvl for your caster class that you have 14+ levels in. Or give enough +caster level + max caster lvl ...

You can find my thoughts below on the new builds, as well as the actual build I used for Hardcore League. Sonic blast was an overpowered spell.Viable build is to splash monk and fvs. 16SF/3MO/1FVS. The 3 monk gets you stances and ki generation and the favored soul gets divine trance. Unlike a monk build, you go CHA heavy, as its your hit/damage stat. The only viable top end DPS that uses S&B I have seen is a swashbuckler build but that is more like Dagger and Buckler. I had some buddies run it through a couple of R10 RXP farming cycles and they said it was decent. I found Strimtom’s Fey cleric build, but was wondering if anyone else had seen any cool builds that use the full tree. I was theory crafting a bit, and the best I came up with was a pure wizard using the pale master and eldritch knight trees for defenses, and the archmage 3rd core evocation for more force SLAs to use with the FI SLAs.

F2P. Then Strimtom's Dark Hunter build is probably your best bet. It'll be able to do some ranged, but it's much more of a melee build. Dark Hunter loses access to the Arcane Archer tree, so it's tough to do one that focuses mostly on ranged damage. Don't get me wrong, they're alright for reaper 1 and for new players trying to get a grasp on things, but they don't tend to function beyond that.
