On a 0.5mg one, 74 clicks is the full pen 0.5 mg, 37 clicks for 0.25mg, and 18-19 clicks for 0.125 mg, etc. 74 clicks for 1 mg on a 1 mg pen 74 clicks for 2 mg in a 2 mg pen.
